ingredients

Ed's Sauce

  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup

Burger Build

  • Buns
  • Beef patties
  • Pickles
  • Red Onions
  • American Cheese
  • Tomatoes

prep


  1. Add Ed Sauce ingredients in the order above, using a whisk and rubber spatula.

  2. Toast buns and add Good Burger sauce on both buns.

  3. Season and then sear burgers (3 minutes on each side).

  4. Burger Assembly Order: bottom bun, Good Burger sauce, pickles, red onions, lettuce, beef patty, American cheese, tomatoes, good burger sauce, top bun, and enjoy!
