David Chang's Noodle Stir Fry

David Chang's Noodle Stir Fry
- 1 Cup Napa Cabbage Roughly chopped
- 5 Oz Mushrooms
- Tiny Handful of Bean Sprouts
- 1/3 Cup Scallions Cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 Onion Sliced
- Shiitake Mushrooms
- Momofuku Soy and Scallion Noodles
- Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt
- Momofuku Soy Sauce
- Agave
- Neutral Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add a couple of tablespoons of oil into a pan over medium heat. Add onions to the pan, let sizzle for 45s to 1 min. Add mushrooms to the mix and toss. Season with Momofuku savory salt and stir/toss to combine.
In a separate pot, boil three packs of Momofuku soy scallion noodles. Save the sauce packets. Cook for 4 minutes then drain well.
After about a minute, add in the remaining vegetables. Cook for 3 mins to soften. Add three sauce packets from the noodles and toss. Cook for another minute. Add noodles, using your spoon to evenly distribute. Season to taste — I like adding a teaspoon of Momofuku soy and a teaspoon of agave.
