Haylie Duff's Honey Dijon Air Fryer Salmon
ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (5-8 oz. each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish if desired
prep
- Combine the sauce ingredients.
- Toss the salmon in two-thirds of the sauce until fully covered. (reserving 1/3 of the sauce for topping after!)
- Pre heat air fryer to 400°F
- Place a layer of parchment paper, then place salmon on top in the air fryer.
- Baste the remaining marinade onto the salmon fillets.

- Dish and serve hot drizzled with any remaining sauce.
