Haylie Duff's Honey Dijon Air Fryer Salmon


ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (5-8 oz. each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish if desired

  1. Combine the sauce ingredients. 

  2. Toss the salmon in two-thirds of the sauce until fully covered. (reserving 1/3 of the sauce for topping after!)

  3. Pre heat air fryer to 400°F 

  4. Place a layer of parchment paper, then place salmon on top in the air fryer. 

  5. Baste the remaining marinade onto the salmon fillets.

  7. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.

  8. Dish and serve hot drizzled with any remaining sauce.
