Pilar Valdes' Beet-Ginger ‘Mule’
ingredients
- ½ oz honey
- 1 oz freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (from half a lemon)
- 2 oz Ginger Beer, divided
- 2 oz Beet juice
- 1 oz tonic water
- Ice
prep
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add honey, lemon juice, beet juice and 1 ounce ginger beer.
- Shake well until fully chilled.
- Strain and pour into a serving glass filled with ice.
- Top with remaining 1 ounce ginger beer and tonic water.
- Serve cold.
