Todd Estrin's Ghostly Pumpkin Punch
Bartender Todd Estrin serves up festive cocktails and drinks that will get you in the Halloween spirit!
ingredients
- 2 ounces rye whiskey
- 3 lemon wedges
- Heaping tablespoon of honey
- Heaping tablespoon of pumpkin puree
- Pinch of fresh ground cinnamon
- Large pinch of minced ginger
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
prep
1. Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar
- Pour honey on a small plate and gently dip the rim of the glass in honey
- Pour cinnamon sugar on a small plate, tap the honey glazed rim of the glass into the cinnamon sugar making sure to coat entire rim.
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, shake vigorously
3. Strain over ice, garnish with a cinnamon stick
